personally call it intuitive keto because there is nothing lazy about keto
about following this way of eating takes planning it takes prepping it takes
work but it's very satisfying and so it's intuitive kita for me now I don't
need to track you will probably need to snack until you get really good and fat
adapted and then you'll eventually find that you're not reaching for snacks but
just have you some on hand or have a list or something in mind to know that if
if and when you know you've got to go longer between meals or you're going to
need some to keep it work just have those on hand also document document with
notes or document with pictures just at least take a before picture and maybe
after six months or a year taken after I didn't do nearly as many as I thought
I would I was trying to get in the habit of every month taking a new picture or
taking video as you saw at the beginning and I I don't know it was something
about kind of after the new year I just kind of fell off of doing that and
keeping up with it but I'm trying origins keto
reviews to get back into it especially my second year
on keto so definitely document somehow you know journal if you don't want to be
in pictures or take pictures and just at least try to journal some way of how
you are feeling just to see your improvement another thing is make it a
lifestyle change don't go into this thinking it's a diet definitely go into it
as especially if you need to do this for your health and your doctor's told you
you need to do this for your health try to look at it as a lifestyle change and
the last thing is put yourself first let yourself be more important than the
food that you are going to crave for a while until you get past that put
yourself first make yourself more important than your cravings and the food
that you think you have to have to live that or you think you can't live
without all right so let's get on to your questions I had quite a few I've got
two pages here I'm just going to answer them honestly and quickly so that this
doesn't turn into a really really really long video all right first thing and I
had a lot of questions were very similar in nature so I just kind of lumped
them all together and hopefully when I answer these I answer one of yours that
