classic turkey ham if the if the protein is okay if the meat is okay which

being space being able to sit and see my lap the dogs when they want to get in

get smaller it's all of that and more I was wondering if Emily has lost weight
since your family went keto she certainly does not need to I was just curious
if she has would love to hear her thoughts in the past year and how she feels
about living a semi keto lifestyle first of all Emily doesn't even live us in

pasta and so she is not even living a semi keto lifestyle even before keto i
cooked meats and vegetables and so the only thing i changed keto was just the
fact that I went to darker meats went to thighs wings chicken legs and she
loves those too and then the veggies are the same that we had before the only
thing she truly switched to was the keto approved sweets and she loves those
but otherwise I think I've shown you guys and videos that she makes I'll make
her pasta I'll make her potato she discovered she loves sweet potatoes she's
cooking for herself for this summer for lunches and her breakfast she loves
making herself oatmeal she makes herself homemade pancakes and smoothies
Emily's fine y'all she's just fine and she is working out she gets on the
treadmill she's been bike ride she does sit-ups and push-ups she is trying to
build muscle cuz she'll she'll flex for you I think she hasn't a video before
and she's just trying she's already lean she just wants to get stronger that's
